Natural pressing is the best method of extracting oil. The obtained oil contains no chemical substances — it is produced by mechanically pressing seeds in the pressing chamber. This process allows the oil to retain its nutritional value, natural aroma, color, and flavor. Naturally cold-pressed oil, produced at low temperatures, is a rich source of unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These compounds are responsible for many vital processes in the body — they support the cardiovascular system, lower cholesterol levels, regulate triglycerides, normalize blood pressure, and strengthen the body’s resistance to infections and allergies, among other benefits.
Applications ⚙️
The ZX85 screw oil press is designed to extract oil from oilseeds with over 15% oil content and moisture below 10%. For optimal results, seeds should have a natural hard shell.Soft seeds like hulled sunflower or hulled pumpkin require higher pressing temperatures than standard cold pressing.
